Worthy Of Worship

Mind battles a mile a minute from the moment my eyes open

Random thoughts dance across my consciousness

Before I realize I’m consumed with SELF…

Oh, LORD, I’ve neglected the acknowledgment, honor and worship YOU deserve

For breathing life into me (Jn 20:20), redeeming me (Ps 46:26)

For giving me purpose (Ex 9:16)

For…simply…just…being…YOU

Holy/Worthy/Perfection/Light and Love

(1 Sam 2:2/Rev 4:11/Deut 32:4/1 Jn 1:5/1 Jn 4:8)

Beauty Maker, Soul-Shaper, Architect of my existence, unlimited by time and space

Help me to worship in Spirit and in Truth (JN 4:24)

To bask in Your Presence

To Seek Justice, Love Mercy and Walk Humbly with You Lord (Micah 6:8)

May my life be a sweet-smelling aroma unto to You (2Cor 2:15)

You are the Author and Finisher of my faith, My Sovereign Lord, the Rock of Ages (Heb 12:2, Isa 26:4)

You poured out Your Soul unto death for ME (Isa 53:12)

You who judges righteously and test the heart (Jer 11:20)

Friend of sinners (Lk 7:34)

Covenant Keeper, Steadfast in Love (2 Chron 6:14, Ps 103:8)

I am madly in love with my God who has seen the depths of my depravity,

and yet instead of running from me,

relentlessly pursued me

Rich in Mercy, Slow to Anger (Ps 103:8)

Unshakeable (Heb 12:28)

Perfect Shalom (Isa 26:3)

Lead me in Your way everlasting (Ps 139:24)
